Question by PRO: Can I take a performance chip off one truck and put it on another one?
I have a 2005 F-250 king ranch 6.0L turbo diesel and a friend of mine is selling an EDGE PLATINUM JUICE with ATTITUDE MONITOR but I heard that you cant taking the performance chip off one truck and put it on to another because it wont work as well or not at all. I don’t really know too much about these chips so I would appreciate any help.
Does it matter that it is a turbo diesel and the chip is for power stroke?

Would it be safe to use a programmer on a vehicle that has high mileage? My 1997 f250 has a near 200k miles on it and it runs fine. will using a programmer such as superchips, hypertech, Edge etc. be harmful to my truck?
