My father was wondering about getting a performance chip which would increase the bhp of his Vauxhall Astra 1.9 SRI diesel from around 150 to about 210 bhp. Would this damage, or could this damage the engine?

This is a 1996 Ford F-350 Diesel. It is programmed with a superchips programmer, also has IDM 140v mod, FPR shim, IPC mod, 3.5″ straight exhaust 5″ stacks coming soon!
