Nice rig mate! Its great to see that its being use what it was originally built for! Not to mention the whole family enjoying it as well.
Sweet ride dude
Cool truck dude – is that a “chopper” Mo I see there??
damn that color look Great on the cruiser.
nice truck the dream
excelent car, congrats
How’s the TJM bar working out? Trying to decide between ARB sahara bar and TJM T3. equivalent. I have seen on Lcool some guys sating they are experiencing fatigue issues with those small infill side panels between headlights lights and bar. Also, whats your thoughts on snorkel? Any noticeable vision impairment or windage sound? Looks hot btw. Mine also grey TTD 2010.
id recommend a 4 inch lift kit and flat black rims and then this would probably be the baddest 4×4 Ive seen on youtube
@patfromozZ , No mate, they are as comfy as the standard tyres, they do have a little amount of noise, but nothing you notice unless you really listen for it. Small sacrifice to pay for the extra height and traction.
Nice Cruiser. Just out of curiosity………..are those tyres excessively noisy or uncomfortable on the highway?
G’day mate, the tyres are Mickey Thomson A/T 33/305/18s, and yes the rims are standard, the Sahara comes out with the 18 inch rims while the standard models come out with 17s. I did consider putting different rims on at first, but decided I really liked these ones. These tyres are great, they have been on all sorts of extreme terrain so far and have not let me down. If you are considering this size tyre, a minimum 2 inch lift kit is needed or they will not fit.
Great setup, what are the off road tyres and are they the standard rims?
