Get the one that goes in line with the ECU or through the OBD port. That way you can remove it quickly when you blow your trans or motor when you put it at max. The dealer won’t be able to tell why and void your warranty.
Question by jdh: Can a Bully Dog Power Pup auto programmer be reset?
I have the opportunity to buy this programmer for my 2004 Duramax Diesel 6.6l cheap but upon connection it seems to be storing the previous vehicle vin number in memory and is giving me error code 336. Can it be somehow reset to factory defauls to work with my truck and if so how please?
